Jason W Lakeville , MA October 05, 2019 Appliance: Model KENMORE 721.66339011 Turntable stopped turning Very easy repair, conveniently there is a hatch on the bottom of my microwave that provides access to the turntable motor. You have to cut this hatch out of the bottom with a pair of wire cutters. Then you just remove the plug on the motor, the two screws and it will come right out. To reinstall the hatch you just rotate it 180 degrees and insert the two tabs into the slots on the bottom cover. You will need one small sheet metal screw to hold it down. It would have been nice if the replacement motor came with a spare screw for this purpose but oh well.
