I followed multiple videos online explaining how to take apart the dryer. Confirmed that it was the motor, however I did have to destroy the blower to separate it from the old motor, so when I ordered a new motor, I also ordered a new blower, and a new belt just to be safe. This dryer is about 16 years old, and so are all the parts, so it only made sense to replace the only other moving part, aside from the drum itself, which was fine.
