This is not a small repair, as you need to almost disassemble the entire washer to complete the job. The accompanying video was spot on and walked through the disassemble and rebuild with no missing steps! I would recommend moving the washer to a space where you have room to work if you can (my laundry room is too small to move around in). My washer sounded like a freight train prior to the repair, and is now quiet as can can be. Price and support were great and the fix was far cheaper than buying a new washer.
