Removed oven from cabinet (after removing doors), sat it on two 5gal paint buckets because the power cord is too short to set on the floor. After removing a dozen or so screws holding the top piece on, discovered that the thermostat is _NOT_ in the place indicated by your online drawings. Then proceeded to remove more panels to discover that it was located on the back. Used a multimeter to determine that the old thermostat was measuring open and the new one measured closed. Replaced the thermostat, put the zillion screws back in (having a small square-head thing helped), and that fixed it. Took about as long to wrestle the thing with this fat metal power cord back into the cabinet as it took to replace the parts.
