I first went online to the store from which I had purchased the range and priced the replacement part. Then I googled other sources and came upon your site. Your price for the replacement part and time involved in getting it to me was way better than from the other site. The part was received one day earlier than the estimated delivery date. Let me say that before ordering the part I searched YouTube for a video of replacing oven elements and decided to attempt it myself. I managed to remove one side of the damaged element and my neighbor helped me get the other side off. I then connected the new element, turned the breaker back on, turned the oven to preheat and was very relieved when the new element worked as expected.
