Donald U Sherrill , NY November 18, 2014 Oven baking element burned out I ordered the element on a Thursday with a "two business day" delivery. So I expected to have to wait until Monday to get it. I was pleasantly surprised that FEDEX delivered it on Saturday and the oven was back in service in time for dinner. UPS would have waited until Monday unless a higher shipping rate was paid. The replacement was simple with only two screws and a couple of electrical connections to deal with. While I wasn't happy about needing to replace the element I couldn't have gotten it done faster any other way. Thank you for the good service.
