With both burners out, it seemed unlikely it was the burner so we ordered the control board and a new overlay. We watched the video on the control board (clock/timer) page and even though it was a different unit, it was exactly what we needed to do, with different wires to change. Pro tip: take a photo of the wires before you disconnect so you'll remember what goes were.
The hardest part by far was cleaning all the dog food and toys that were under the oven as well as the walls!
