The heating elements were working, but the temperature control was not working properly. Suspected a bad temp sensor or bad control board. Watched the video on how to check the temp sensor. I did an ohm check of the temp sensor and it checked good. I did a visual inspection of the control board and found discoloration from a burned circuit. Replaced the control board and performed an operation check. Everything is working fine now, so the Thanksgiving turkey is back on the menu!
