Debbie M Itasca , IL August 10, 2020 The rails had broken down that hold the shelf with the drawer components I actually ordered the deli drawer several months back along with the drawer shelf. The deli drawer has been on backorder since I ordered it so I cancelled it and then ordered the rails instead. The frig is almost like brand new now! I called for a replacement and was cheerfully handled and another cover was ordered on the 1st of March. The new cover arrived on the 4th of march in good condition. Parts arrived within 5 days of order. I opened the boxes and unwrapped the shelving and accessories.
