Unplugged refrigerator. Used a hairdryer to melt the ice and took out the fan motor. Ordered the fan and motor from a different supplier and received the wrong parts 3 times and sent them back. Called AppliancePartsPros.com. Spoke with your customer rep, who was wonderful, and received the right parts the next day. Installed the fan and motor, put everything back together and the refrigerator is working perfectly.
Now I have to figure out why the ice maker dispenser has not been working for the last 8 months.
It makes ice but I think the motor for the dispenser must be replaced.
