Richard H Marina , CA May 01, 2015 Refrigerator condenser fan motor The condenser fan motor was making a squealing noise. After unplugging it, I removed the rear cover, unpluged the fan motor from the quick release socket and slide the fan housing out of it's bracket for removal from the refrigerator. Two screws hold the motor cover on the fan bracket, one twist and the units seperate. Seperate the fan cover at the bottom while pressing the retaining clips out. After the cover is sepeated, besure to save the rubber shaft sapcers for reuse. Assembly in reverse order. One screwdiver and less than 15 minutes. Orderd the part Sunday and itwas delvered and installed by Tuesday afternoon. 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
