My refrigerator and freezer not cooling.There was no error code just an increase in temperature that was flashing. I googled different causes and I called this website. The girl I spoke to thoroughly understood my Samsung refrigerator and gave me a couple of ideas what it could’ve been. She explained how I needed to take the back paneling out to really figure out what was wrong. While she was really good at explaining how to do it, we decided to call a service man. He diagnosed the problem, but he didn’t have the part. He told us to buy the part on eBay and he will come back to install it. I had already been on your website and watched a video on how to install it. It seemed easy enough. The part was more money on your website, but you had a video explaining how to fix it, you had a way to check compatibility to make sure it was going to work and you have people we could call to walk us through it. It was mailed to us in a day! I explained how to do it to my husband. He is NOT handy and he did it!! Refrigerator and freezer work perfect again! Thank you! I actually wasn’t there to see what tools he used. Amazingly, he did it by himself! Lol
