Jami A Malaga , WA December 22, 2019 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL SS SIDE BY SIDE Refrigerator quit cooling and freezing. I did a little research with AppliancePartsPros & YouTube. I removed the starter relay and it had stuff rattling around inside with chunks falling out. Not good! So I purchased the relay kit that matched my model, it came in two days, I popped it back in my fridge and it's working like a million bucks! I checked the amps and it was at 1.2 ...Perfect! SO EASY, AND SO HAPPY TO SAVE A BUNDLE BY NOT HAVING TO CALL A REPAIRMAN! Thank you AppliancePartsPros! P.S. I didn't have to replace the capacitor, it was fine.
