The shipping was great, ordered it on a Thursday morning, I was told it would arrive the following Tuesday, To my pleasant surprise it arrived Friday the next day, The video instructions where excellent, But definitely buy the spanner wrench, I soaked the nut with liquid wrench for about an hour, Then used the hammer on the wrench, It took a little persuasion but finally came loose, Seeing as you have to take the whole washing machine apart, i thought it was wise to also purchase,Tub bearing washer,Tub split ring, Hub washer, Hub nut, and Tub bearing,And remember in the video they are taking apart a new machine, looks easy but be prepared with a wire brush to clean of all the accumulated gunk, (etc) I was lucky enough to be able to take the outer tub, and inner tub, to my driveway and use the wire brush and also power wash them, I also had my laptop right where i was working so i could follow the instructions step by step.
