Michael D Rosemount , MN January 03, 2015 Rotating plate stoped working in my microwave Went on line to see what I would need to fix it. Went to appliance Parts web site and found the diagram of my microwave to find out which parts I needed and ordered them on a Saturday. The parts were delivered on Wednesday. It took approxmatly 15 minutes to repair at a very reasonable cost, which made me very happy as I had lots of Christmas party left overs to reheat.
