Norland C Kissimmee , FL August 22, 2022 The rubber groves on the coupler were broken, so I had to replace the coupler. Placing a screwdriver under the coupler and prying upward every quarter way around I was able to pry off the coupler. Replaced with new coupler by hand turning anti clockwise..
