Suzanne S Virginia Beach , VA June 30, 2015 A rubber part deteriorated after 15 years i called the manufactuer they said my appliance was discontinued i bought the refurb but i did not realize it was not glass but acrylic I then searched for repairs & found, appliance pros.com. I found a part that fit for even less, less than $5.00! & it arrived the next day. I am sending the return back for a full refund. I love appliance pros!
