My washing machine was not draining. I opened the access panel in the back. Checked both the incoming water line and the outgoing line. Both lines were open. Checked inside the pump for a foreign object, and it was also clear. I decided to replace the pump. Ordered the pump online. It's fixed and much quieter. My first washing machine repair!
