First of all, the last time I tried to get a repairman to help with the washer, no one could come for two weeks, so it was either I fix it or buy a new machine. The docs say to look at kinked hoses. The hoses looked fine from the outside, so I removed the drain pump. This was easy to do in about 20 minutes from the back in my model, but made sure to pump the water from the basket first with my shop vac and keep plenty of towels on hand. The drain pump seemed jammed with debris from a latex backed run in it and thee impeller was a little warped. After cleaning, it seemed OK so I put it back in the machine. Still no drain. So I ordered a new pump from AppliancePartsPros.com, because they are the only ones who had next day delivery. I installed the new pump. Still no drain. So I removed the outside drain hose and found it clogged. I removed it with a metal rod, unfortunately putting small holes in it that I didn't see. After installing the hose, the machine drained and also spurted water all over the floor. It was at night, so I patched the hose with underwater epoxy and duck tape, but I missed a spot and duck taped until it stopped. The next day, I bought an inexpensive hose from a hardware store and installed it. Everything is fine now, and I have extra muscles from moving that machine out from the wall and back several times.
