I ordered new springs from AppliancePartsPros.com and watched the video. I am a seventy-year-old female and fixed it with no problem! I did have help to lay the machine on its back! I was skeptical as the old parts looked just like the new ones, but to my surprise and amazement, they made a huge difference. Just like brand new. $70 instead of $700 for a new machine. I'd call it a REALLY GOOD DEAL!!!
