I viewed the video which was most helpful. I replaced the spider assembly, tub seal, rear tub seal, shocks on a 10+ year washer. I did experienced difficulty remove the 6 spider bolts, three bolts did not brake off, the others came out. Had to use a cut-off tool to cut through the arms of the spider which took about an hour (didn't expect to have this problem.) No difficulty installing the new parts. I checked and rechecked all installations, plugged the baby in, ran a load through the washer checking for any leaks, NONE! Washer back to normal operations.
The parts came in two separate shipments, the entire staff was efficient and helpful. Thanks guys! Will order again from Appliance Parts Pros if needed, hopefully not any time soon :-) !
