Matthew R Simpsonville , SC March 07, 2018 The spring that holds the washer drum broke The washing machine seal was pushed forward and looked like the drum had fallen. I opened the cover with a screwdriver (only had to remove 4 screws) and it was clear that one of the two springs that holds the washer drum in place was broken. Ordered the spring. When it got it, we lifted the drum and Replaced the spring. It was a 30-second fix.
