Danny A Ontario , CA November 03, 2015 Appliance: Model KITCHENAID SUPERBA KSRS25ILSS13 It stopped cooling refrig and freezer After advice from a technician I checked for a compressor relay, however I did not know what it looked like and where it was located. I did a search on the internet and found your competitors website. They claimed to have the part and shared pictures. After taking apart every electronic component in my refrig I still could not find the relay shown on their site. I was afraid of ordering the wrong part. So I did another search and then found your website. I was amazed you would take the time to create a video. The video had shown me, your competitor had the wrong parts. They caused me to waste a great deal of time. Your video showed it was a 4 minute fix. The refrig originally cost me $2000.00 and I almost gave it away, the actual repair cost for the parts was $44, but I bought other pairs - the Capacitor and Thermostat. At a total cost of $122 it was a bargain. Since I ready bought a new Refrig, I am keeping this one in my garage. My wife is very happy. Thank you for all you do for us novice repairman. My trade is Telecommunications but I feel qualified to work on another refrig. 22 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
