How to replace Refrigerator Temperature Sensor. Poped off plastics caseing inside the frigerator. Unscrewed 4 screws holding black fan inplace. Followed yellow wire to locate white sensor. Need to be careful not to break styrofoam, don't force it, it should seporate from plastic easy as long as the 4 screws are out. Swap it for the new one and button it back up. While I was in there I replaced the defrost sensor and the other sensor next to the heating rod. Also I know there is an issue with drain hole plugging up with ice so I extended the metal tab deeper into the hole. Now the frig works great. The web page made it easy to navigate through the diagram to find the part in my frig. 381 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
