Eugene C Randolph , NJ December 19, 2015 Timer select knob wouldn't set timer just spun mechanism Replaced the timer. 1. Unplug dryer and removed 6 Phillips screws from rear of panel and removed panel 2. Remove knob 3. Bend metal tab on timer so the timer could be twisted counter clockwise 4. Install new timer 5. remove wires - one by one from old timer and put on new timer 6. replace back panel and knob Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
