Called sears. they came out ran diagnostics confirmed it was the time. wanted $142.00 for part and $141,00f or 30 minutes of labor. paid the $75 fee. technincial left.
ordered part for $96 had it in 2 days. son installed in it in less than 10 minutes.
I was thrilled that a company actually had the part in stock, shipped it on time and it arrived as
scheduled. I didn't have to call and be put on hold and speak to someone who I couldn't understand.
