Talked to tech support, they sent me specs. Ohm ed out the touch pad , as it was suspect. Test proved touch pad no good. Ordered proper part (touch pad) installed same and back in business. Did have several delays in getting part. It was ordered 7/27/18 it arrived 9/10/18
Other then that I am very satisfied with the results
