I ordered a new bellow seal and two new clamps and installed in about 30-45 minutes going along with the excellent video this website provides. Pretty straightforward job. The machine was leaking heavily from the internal seal heavily during the spin cycle. No tears in the bellow seal but it was heavily mildewed and dirty.
All fixed!
