Had constant uneven load alarms for longer than I care to admit. Got completely unbearable over the last 2 to 3 months. Realized I couldn’t put it off any longer so I replaced suspension rod assemblies. Instructions are to open the lid with a putty knife to release the retention clips which keep the top closed. I couldn’t get those suckers to let go for nothing. So I just used a screw driver to detach the hinge at the back so I could shift the top back. I was unable to get the clips to release and complete the repair. No real tools were needed for the repair itself. It was simply lift up on the corner of the drum slide out the old rod and slide in the new one. Anyone can do it. Now no more alarms in my wash machine works good as new.
