After researching the code I found the most common issue is the support rods and springs. I opened the machine to see how hard it was going to be to get to the rods and saw they are readily accessible The video showed needing to open the back but it was not necessary as the hose was not wrapped around the rod. Opening the top was the hardest part as you have to push very firmly with a stiff putty knife. I ordered the parts and had them in hand in 3 days. Installation took all of 10 minutes. So far it seems to have solved the UE issue.
