Using a butter knife I pried the back side of Cap-C from the front of the refrig with door open to the inside of the hinge. This popped the cap loose. (This was the hardest part) I bought both parts just in case is brook. Once the cap is removed the hinge is rotated to slot and will fall out.
I installed the new hinge and C-cap. Unscrew middle hinge and the door will allow you to raise up hinges enough to slide back down on tabs. Align all tabs and middle hinge and screw it back down.
I was surprise how easy it was after I figured out how to get the C-cap off.
