I was browsing the web last weekend and came across your web site. I was most impressed by the DIY video that showed me how to replace the racks. It was clear and concise and greatly facilitated changing the racks. I ordered the two racks, they arrive several days later. It took as long to open the boxes as it did to replace the racks. Without the video of the upper rack it would have been a frustrating experience trying to get the clips off the end of the upper rack. Anyone can do the lower rack.
