Watched video when I ordered product and it was easy. Buy the way, your product is the most reasonably priced online ! WILL use you again. Saved you in my computer under favorites.

Simple swap out with your new racks. Really glad to find replacements for such an old machine at your site.

Replaced upper and lower racks easily with in 10 minutes. I had a bit of trouble getting my old spinner on upper rack to turn (another 10 minutes) but it seems to be working fine now

We ordered the new upper rack. We watched the video about how to take off the clips that hold the rack on the slides. I am not handy so my girlfriend used a flat screwdriver to take the clips off then slipped the old top rack off. We had a spinner piece on the our top rack so she unscrewed that and screwed it onto our new top rack before we put the new rack on the sliders. We put the new rack on the sliders and reinstalled the clips that hold the rack on. It was a 15 min job and looks brand new now. Just like our last order for the bottom rack, our order arrived in two days!! Enough info was shown online that we felt confident we were ordering the right part for our dishwasher. Thanks appliance parts pros!!

I was browsing the web last weekend and came across your web site. I was most impressed by the DIY video that showed me how to replace the racks. It was clear and concise and greatly facilitated changing the racks. I ordered the two racks, they arrive several days later. It took as long to open the boxes as it did to replace the racks. Without the video of the upper rack it would have been a frustrating experience trying to get the clips off the end of the upper rack. Anyone can do the lower rack.
