I replaced the clutch, clutch spring, and mode shifter. The first thing I replaced was the drive belt but that didn't help. This repair was fairly simple. I bought some grease from Lowe's. I found a great video on youtube on the repair process - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIo9569BqXw
