The video was so helpful. We spent time following the video to discover that the problem was indeed the suspension rods, they needed replacing. Our machine would loudly bang, bang, bang out of balance, scaring our little dog. When the new rods arrived we felt confident with repair because we watched the video again. We spent almost an hour with the repair. The washer runs like new again! My husband and I are in our seventies, if we can do this repair, anyone can. It did require a little muscle to position the rods. Be sure to have the correct size quarter inch hex socket wrench or screwdriver to remove the little panel on the back and pliers to pinch the clamp that holds the drain pipe onto the back. Have a bucket and some old towels to absorb the water that will dribble out. Remember to first turn off the water and unplug the electric cord. We are certain we saved hundreds of dollars making this repair ourselves.
