I removed the control panel (dashboard), removed the top piece obove the tub. The tub ring was broken in a few spots and I noticed only 2 springs remaining of 4 corners of the tub, it looked like it was missing 2 springs so I ordered 4 new springs for each corner. In the mail I received 1 tub ring and 8 springs (each pack contained 2 springs). If you need 4 springs, order 2 packs. But now I thought maybe there are only supposed to be 2 springs installed. I installed 1 spring per corner anyway (4 springs) and a new tub ring, the washer has been quiet since. I have extra springs now just incase.
