Joanne H Jamaica , NY May 23, 2021 Washer door was not closing properly therefore we got DE error code, had to change door hinge so it would lock to wash Replaced with new hinge. Very happy with product and will be using company for items in the future. Company is very helpful. We had to take door off of washer and replace old hinge.
