Found front tub cover had both middle standoffs broken where the weights bolt into. Water was pouring out of the holes in the front tub cover where the standoffs broke. I replaced the front half of the tub cover and also replaced the gasket. It only took me 2 hours to repair and I was able to replace the front tub cover without having to take the whole tub out of the washer like the repair video showed. I kept the tub hanging by the springs and unbolted the front cover and was able to slide it out. Put the heating element on the new cover and put everything back together. Video was very helpful showing all the other things that needed to be disassembled to get to the point I could make my repair.
