How to replace Internal Unbalance Switch. Once we found the hidden 'Troubleshooting Guide' in the control panel, we were able to run a diagnostic check on it. A voltmeter was VERY helpful, and after running through the steps, found that the "inertial unbalance switch" was bad. It was easy to get to by removing the door, front panel, and then lifting the top off...it is attached to the top of the tub. One screw needed removed from the switch, and then I slid the old one off and the new on! *I must say, it took longer to figure out exactly what the problem was than it did to fix it! Your company also got the part to me MUCH faster than I had anticipated! 30 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
