Initially, I thought it was just a spinning problem. I ran through the diagnostic cycle in accordance with the technical manual and it did spin, but not drain. I removed the actuator and tested it in accordance with the technician's manual provided with the machine. It actually showed it was good. I then removed the drain pump and tested it. It also actually showed it was good. I figured maybe they were both only good enough to show, but not work. I then ordered both parts. I tested them and compared the results with the ones that came from the unit. I showed identical. I installed the new parts anyway and ran it through the diagnostic cycle. I did the exact same as before the replacement. It spun but didn't drain. I figured it was not a fluke of a second faulty pump. I come to the conclusion the motherboard is damaged. I am not replacing that. I am keeping all the parts. Long story short, AppliancePartsPros.com had the parts in stock. Great price and quick deliverance. .
