We purchased the thrust washer, Direct drive couplings, and the agitator dogs. We wanted to make sure we fixed all the possible problems and were in a hurry to get the order in and shipped. After we took the machine apart and found that the problem was with the direct drive coupling. The new parts with the metal-reinforced plastic seem much stronger than the original part.
