David D Grand Haven , MI March 12, 2022 Appliance: Model LG WT1101CW We found water leaking at the bottom of our 9 year old lg washing machine Found that it was dripping from the discharge pump motor. After seeing that a new washing machine would run about $700-$800 or having a repairman come out and fix our issue would run at least $300, we opted to try the repair ourselves. When we called, we advised that our bad motor had only one wire connector on it and the listed replacement part showed two. Your representative was so patient and helpful. An exact match was found and we received it the next day. Amazing. It was not hard to install and the machine is working great again. Thank you so much for your advice and help.
