Filip G Lynchburg , VA August 27, 2018 Appliance: Model GE TRITON3 Water not drained at end of cycle. Purchased recommended 'likely' parts, tripped breaker, drained manually, disconnected water supply under machine & sewer connection at sink, removed washer from under counter, tilted on its side (some hoses still connected), disassembled drain pump and found broken plastic chopstick jammed inside. Removed plastic fragment, replaced one-way check valve (was a bit enlarged), and reassembled drain pump. Made mistake of refilling with water before tightening/assembling items inside tub (especially the hub-nut) - ended up leaking on the floor. Reassembled and it works as good as new. Instructions are not clear on coarse filter (perforated metal, it 502); I couldn't get it out (but see https://tinyurl.com/ydbfduoy). My model appears to lack piston & nut assembly - couldn't locate it. I will rebuild pump (pump seal & impeller kit) when I get it. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
