I have a GE Monogram fridge that had a water leak inside the fridge. Removed all of the storage bins and the back shields to expose the water tank. The water tank had a water seal leak on the top side and squirted water when the water dispenser was used. Checked internet videos on the general repair, which did not seem hard. Took the challenge and checked internet for best price. Order the parts (WR17X11176 & WR02X11330) on Saturday and the arrived on Tuesday. Turned off the water and power. Removed the leaking tank out, cutting the two lines where it is attached to the old tank. Cut the new tank water lines to length and attached the existing water lines to the new tank with two union connectors. Turned on the water and power. Flushed the tank a few times to check for leaks. Put everything back together. Simple and easy repair. Save a good chunk of money with this DIY.
