Very simple repair really. Unplugged the washer, moved the washer in order to have access to the back panel. Remove 13 #20 torx screws holding the back panel on ; then removed back panel. Open the filter access on the front bottom of the washer to drain any remaining water, be sure to have a towel ready, as if the pump is bad, there's bound to be quite a bit. Looking at the washer from the back, the bottom left contained the pump. Remkve the two electric connectors and move out of the way. Remove the drain hose by opening the clamp holding it to the pump, set aside. Remove the inlet hose from the front of the pump by opening the clamp. Tilt the washer forward enough to have slight access to the bottom of the washer. There are 2, 10mm bolts holding the pump in place, remove them and the pump comes right out. Reassembly is simply the reverse order.
