When I did a routine filter change, the water stopped working. I thought it might be the filter and reinstalled the old filter but it no longer worked either. I installed the filter bypass plug thinking maybe there was air in the line or something and it didn't work either. Finally I found somewhere online that there's a tiny little button on the Water Filter Housing, that keeps water from leaking during a filter change, and when the the filter is installed, the button is depressed and lets water flow. I guess our little button thing wore down and was not getting depressed enough when the filter was installed. We purchaed a new Water Filter Housing & Tube Assembly from AppliancePartsPros and now water is flowing perfectly from the door and ice production has started again.
