Ordered a new control panel. simple as pie. I paid for 2 day shipping (wife doesn't enjoy doing dishes by hand) and got the part in 1 day! Simple, simple project, just wish Whirlpool designed a better control panel that was more steam insulated--we won't be using the heated drying cycle any longer to prolong the control panel's life expectancy.
