I procrastinated fixing the washer because I thought it would be very complicated. Wrong decision! I googled the issue finally and found a very helpful video on Youtube by AppliancePartsPros that showed exactly what was wrong with the washer and how easy it was to fix and they sold me the parts I needed as well. A one-stop-shop thankfully! The issue was my old suspension springs were worn out and there were no Tub Centering Springs either so I ordered the parts and had them in 2 days! Following their video instructions, I had the old springs out and the new ones installed in less than an hour. The most difficult part was the confined space in the laundry room. Once all installed it's like we have a brand new washer! Thanks so much AppliancePartsPros!
