Fortunately, I was blessed with a man who used to have his own appliance business many years ago when appliances were less complicated; and, he has been in the HVAC business for over 30 years; so, I guess one could say he knows his way around this type of stuff. Plus, a year we faced the same issue with our dryer control board, so he learned something new then - control boards on appliances. Once received my husband promptly put on the new control board and I have been back in business of doing my laundry. I would like to say thank you for your excellent customer service. I don't know what tools he used. Could have been a screwdriver or some other gizmo he has - he has SO MANY different types of tools.
