A lawnmower, weed whacker, or trimmer is exposed to a lot of flying debris, and this puts many parts at risk of becoming clogged with grass and other materials. This cover is designed to prevent any debris from reaching the interior of the wheel or the axle. If a large amount of grass or clippings accumulate inside of the assembly, the machine will be almost impossible to move forward - whether self-propelled or manually operated. This cover prevents that from occurring and simply kicks it back in the direction it came. It does take a lot of wear and tear. Installing it is extremely easy and requires little more than a wrench. Even if the cover is aged, or broken, it will remove easily and take minutes to replace. Expect to replace this at least once over the average lifespan of a trimmer. This replacement lawn bag frame is designed to fit select lawn mowers and tractors. The bag frame holds the lawn clipping bag, which is usually made from a durable canvas or tarp-like material. Because this frame is thin, it can become warped or dented over time and with regular use. The weight of the grass clippings can bend parts of the unit over time. It may also get damaged by impact, which would create a need for replacement. If the frame is damaged, it will not sit correctly or hold the bag securely. No hardware or tools are required to replace this part. Simply remove the bag from the old frame, attach it to the new frame, and then secure the frame in place on the mower itself. Then, clippings will be properly collected.
